FLORE de la PAM'POMMERAIE  Best Bitch and Reserve BEST IN SHOW at the" Nationale d'Élevage" 1991, out of the Junior Class.
I could not get over the fact that this youngster beat the new Champion of France and the winner of the Champion Class to win BISS that day.
Flore was a small bitch, compact with wonderful steady movement. It is still a wonderful memory!

Ch GIGI de la PAM'POMMERAIE    BEST IN SHOW at the" Nationale d'Élevage"  1992, out of the JUNIOR Class!!
What a casting mistake on my part as the judge for the Open & Junior Classes was the same ......

GRACE KELLY  de la PAM'POMMERAIE  "KELLY"
Champion of France & BEST IN SHOW at the "Nationale d'Élevage" 1993,
a pretty girl, very feminine with a lot of prescence admired by many Yorkie lovers...and the dam of my other Champion of France MOZART.

Ch MOZART de la PAM'POMMERAIE
The CACS at the last ever Longchamp show in  2000 and Reserve  CACS won by his young son, ORPHEO  de la Pam'Pommeraieowner R. Monclin... I think I was as happy for Orphéo's Reserve win as I was for Mozarts Championship win!.
BEST IN SHOW at the "Nationale d'Élevage" 2000,  3 months later. Among his many co competitors was the well known Champion of France at the time - so I had not even dreamed Mozart would win.

MERRY POPPINS de la PAM'POMMERAIE
Champion of France at the "Nationale d'Élevage" 1999

She had started her career well, the judges seemed to like her - but whether due to a mental block I don't know, but soon not one judge was able to touch her without her animal instinctive reflex to defend herself - which did not go down well as I appreciated.
So disappointed I withdrew her from showing for a year....but continued to work with her and I let her have a litter with Mozart (which was not a waste of time, as Pricilla was born!)
A year later I decided to try her again, this time in Belgium where she won CACIB, BOB and was perfectly behaved! Six weeks later in Holland - same behaviour, same wins...then 3 weeks later the CAC at the NE 99!!!!!
So in the space of just three months she became International Championa and Champion of France and I thought her career was over.........gentle perserverance won the day.

PRISCILLA DE LA PAM'POMMERAIE
made me so proud & happy when she won Best Dog of the Day at the Paris Dog Show VINCENNES in 2002

Photo Gad

But for me the best title is always that of Champion of France, so contested and so difficult to win. Pricilla walking in the footsteps of her mother & her father won this marvellous title at the Nationale d'Elevage 2002. It is difficult to describe what goes through the head of a breeder when a dog she has bred, from a breeding wiselt thought out, becomes Champion of France like her parents - and for Pricilla, like her Grandparents and her Great Grandfather too......

DURRER'S STRUT YOUR STUFF " Stuffy"
Having won the Reserve Ch of France at the Nationale d'élevage 2002,Stuffy won the Reserve CACS at the European at the Bourget a month later !!
So he didn't win 2 out of 3 ...but third time lucky for Stuffy who not content with winning the CACS at the Championship of France in Strasbourg 2003, also won BOB and Best of GROUP......
And RESERVE BEST in SHOW (photo)!!!! It would be hard to dream up such a wonderful event - but it was real!! And the same day, his daughter TINA TURNER won the Reserve CACS...history repeating itself.

TINA TURNER de la PAM'POMMERAIE  Owner: Clément Porrachia.
Tina is a real star in the Group ring and just never stops and I thank Clement who is a very professional non-professional for taking this beautiful girl right to the top. I trembled at each one of her victories - and there were many right from the minute she bagan her career as a puppy.
3 months after the victory of her father  Ch Durrer's Strut Your Stuff, at the Championship of France, Tina Turner won the CACS at the Nationale d'Elevage in February 2004, like her daddy Stuffy and her mother Merry Poppins and then a few weeks later won BEST in SHOW at Montluçon.

VIRGINIA DE LA PAM'POMMERAIE
This little bundle - just 6 months old - won the Best Puppy of the Day at Pontoise 2004 , completely unexpected as this was her FIRST time in the ring!

One month later she confirmed her win, by winning the BEST PUPPY in Specialty at the last Nationale d'Elevage. I must explain that Virginia is the daughter of Ch of France DURRER's STRUT YOUR STUFF 'Stuffy" and of Ch of France  PRISCILLA de la Pam'Pommeraie,  who is the granddaughter of Ch of France MOZART de la Pam'Pommeraie and Ch of France MERRY POPPINS de la Pam'Pommeraie, great grandaughter of Champion of France GRACE KELLY de la Pam'Pommeraie and Ch of France JUBILANT du Domaine de Monderlay  and yet again Ch of France AGAPI Delle Antiche Mura and Ch of France LEGATO Of Millmoor, my very FIRST Champion of France
